We are looking for Maintenance Assistants to join our Estates Operations Department for flexible ad hoc work across our footprint (Bury, Rochdale, Oldham, Tameside and Stockport). We are looking for people with a confidence in DIY and maintenance.

Responsibilities

The post holder will work alongside our multi-skilled technicians across all building trades as required, together with a comprehensive specialist and engineering service to all wards and departments in a multi-disciplined environment, ensuring compliance with Trust’s safety standards and procedures.
