CPM is seeking Merchandisers for the Bangor & Caernarfon area. The role involves visiting high‑street, grocery and convenience stores to execute merchandising tasks, audits and set up point‑of‑sale materials.
Working Hours and Pay
- 4 – 6 hours per week (subject to increase during busy periods).
- Pay £15.07 per hour, PAYE, including holiday pay.
- Schedule Flexible working Monday to Sunday with fixed visits on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
- Location Bangor, United Kingdom (LL57). Covered area includes Bangor & Caernarfon and surrounding stores within 10 miles.
Requirements
- Previous retail or merchandising experience, preferably with health & beauty or premium beauty chains.
- Ability to work independently and build good in‑store relationships.
- Own car essential for travel and carrying promotional materials.
- Available to work Monday to Sunday, with fixed visits on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
- Basic phone or tablet skills for reporting on the company app.
Responsibilities
- Visit a mix of high‑street, grocery and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits and set up point‑of‑sale materials.
- Navigate fixtures (gondolas, bays, shelving) and position products in line with agreed planograms.
- Ensure maximum stock is out on shelves to drive sales and maintain attractive displays.
- Arrange, top‑up and negotiate extra display space when possible.
- Perform occasional stock moving and lifting.
- Take photos and provide clear feedback on the app.
