This is a great opportunity for a Machinist to join an ambitious and expanding company based in Somerset, within the Machine Shop.

The company has an attractive payment structure and opportunities for internal progression are plentiful.

The company specialises in the repair and service of equipment from many different industries, such as FM, food and agricultural.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret CAD drawings.
• Program, set and operate a range of CNC machines.
• Use measuring devices such as micrometers, verniers and calipers.
• Perform routine machine maintenance.
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Machinist.
• Experienced in programming offline and online.
• Ability to read engineering manuals and schematics.
• Welding experience is desirable.
