What you'll do:
- Support and motivate the team to deliver exceptional results.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve queries effectively.
- Maintain an impeccable store presentation with well‑stocked and tidy shelves.
- Assist with stock management and oversee deliveries.
- Act as a keyholder and take responsibility for the store in the absence of management (including store openings and closes).
