We’re looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team and help oversee all F&B operations across our hotel. From breakfast service to banqueting dinners, you’ll ensure every detail is perfect and every guest leaves delighted.

Your Day to Day:

  • Support the F&B Manager in running all F&B departments: restaurant, bar, room service, conferences, and events.
  • Lead daily briefings and ensure smooth communication across departments.
  • Deliver outstanding guest experiences with a focus on quality, consistency, and service excellence.
  • Lead and inspire the food & beverage team across restaurant, bar, and events operations.
  • Drive operational excellence, compliance, and guest satisfaction.
  • Coach and develop your team, fostering a culture of warm hospitality and high standards.
  • Monitor budgets, stock control, and labour costs while driving sales through upselling and promotions.

Who We’re Looking For:

You’ll have proven experience managing in high-end hospitality, whether that be in a restaurant, bar or running events, in a management role. We’re looking for someone who is a natural leader with a sharp eye for detail and a genuine love for guest service. You’ll be a leader who is calm, confident and solutions-focused—even when the pressure’s on.

We’re looking for someone to join our team of assistant food and beverage managers who has ambition to grow into the next management role. We’ll support your journey every step of the way, with a variety of management courses, as well as mentoring and coaching you through your career.

The role requires working a variety of shifts across either restaurant, bar, conference or events, so flexibility is key, along with professionalism and a sense of fun.
