Various hours available. Permanent. Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is looking for highly motivated and committed Health Care Assistants to join our wards and teams. You’ll have the opportunity to gain experience and develop your skills in a busy acute general hospital, working alongside the nursing teams and undertaking a range of activities under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.

This is due to the position not meeting the required skill level set by UK Visas and Immigration. The post holder will work under the direct supervision of a registered health care professional and assist the healthcare team with personal care delivery of a defined group of patients and a range of clinical duties/tasks, always ensuring that actions taken are undertaken by the individual following appropriate training and within their sphere of competence. You will be required to liaise with a wide range of healthcare professionals as well as the general public and patients. As such you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
