We are a specialist education recruitment agency supplying high-quality, temporary staff into schools. We’re now looking for a Service Administrator to support our recruitment team in Stourbridge. This is an ideal opportunity for someone driven, thrives in a fast-paced environment and would like to build a career in recruitment. You will receive full training, colleague support and work towards a recruitment qualification.

Job Overview

As a Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment, ensuring our candidate registrations are in line with regulation and standards of the education industry. You will gain first-hand experience in recruitment and compliance within the education sector and will be supported through structured training, practical on-the-job learning and mentoring from professionals with over 15 years of experience. You will be responsible for managing recruitment compliance procedures, assisting the sales team with talent sourcing, conducting interviews and engaging with our candidate database. You will maintain open communication with your Education Consultant to ensure a smooth and compliant candidate experience throughout the registration process. You will be enrolled onto Level 3 Recruiter Development Programme, a 12–18-month apprenticeship. Following successful completion of your apprenticeship you will have the opportunity to be offered a permanent position and will then have access to the Operam career development path.

Key Responsibilities

  • Check and record candidate documents to meet compliance standards.
  • Track candidate registrations and update their progress.
  • Support communication between candidates and the team.
  • Find new candidates and register them through calls and events.
  • Help with CV preparation, timesheets and keep the candidate database organised.

  • Confidence working with IT systems (including Microsoft Office).
