Responsibilities- Yn cefnogi ac ysbrydoli eu cleientiaid i sicrhau’r yrfa orau bosibl sydd ar gael iddynt;
- Yn darparu gwybodaeth a chyngor i gefnogi cleientiaid i reoli eu gyrfaoedd;
- Yn darparu cymorth cyflogadwyedd (cymorth gyda chreu CV, gweithgareddau chwilio am swyddi ayb) i’r rhai sy’n dymuno dychwelyd i’r gwaith neu newid swyddi;
- Yn helpu cleientiaid i gyflawni eu canlyniadau cadarnhaol cynaliadwy (addysg, hyfforddiant, cyflogaeth).
