Our new, luxury care home is nestled in the charming village of Church Lawton, near Alsager. We provide exceptional standards of Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite Care for 60 residents.

As Activities Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing daily life by delivering engaging, meaningful and person‑centred activities that promote wellbeing, independence and social interaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver a varied programme of group and one‑to‑one activities, tailored to individual interests, abilities and care needs.
  • Build strong relationships to understand preferences and support inclusive participation for all individuals, including those living with dementia.
  • Work as part of the wider team, contributing to a positive and stimulating environment where individuals feel valued, active and connected.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Creative, organised and enthusiastic approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities.
  • Genuine interest in supporting older people.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in activities or a similar role is beneficial; transferable skills from hospitality, events, childcare or community work are encouraged.

The successful candidate will work 4 x 6‑hour shifts per week and will include alternate weekends.
