As a Care Assistant, you’ll bring kindness, patience, and enthusiasm to every moment. You’ll support residents with daily routines like washing, dressing, mobility, and mealtimes, always encouraging independence and dignity wherever possible. But just as importantly, you’ll be a familiar face, a friendly voice, and someone who makes residents feel safe, valued, and at home.
