Role: Recruitment Consultant (Transport & Logistics)

This is your chance to step into a dynamic, fast‑paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be working within the transport industry, specialising in placing drivers into rewarding roles while building strong relationships with transport companies across the region.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Recruiting and resourcing high‑quality drivers and transport staff
• Writing engaging job adverts that attract top talent
• Building and maintaining client relationships across the West Midlands to Bristol Avon & Oxfordshire corridor
• Developing new business opportunities through sales and outreach
• Managing compliance, including AWR, Working Time Directive, and drivers’ hours regulations through our own CRM system
• Training will be provided to help you succeed

What’s In It For You

• £28,000 base salary
• Uncapped commission (5%–7.5%) – your success = your reward
• 30 days holiday
• Working hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm (with an early Friday finish)
• On‑call rota: 1 week per month (includes some weekends & bank holidays)

• Cycle‑to‑work scheme (after 1 year of service)
• 1‑hour daily break to recharge

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in recruitment (transport sector experience is a big plus)
• Knowledge of AWR, Working Time Directive, and drivers’ hours rules & right to work
• A confident communicator with a natural flair for sales and relationship building
• Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
