This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and professional drivers looking for ongoing HGV driving work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position. We are looking for experienced UK HGV Drivers who are confident completing nationwide deliveries and collections while maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service. This role would suit drivers with experience in tramping, European driving, or flatbed transport operations.
This is a full-time temp-to-perm HGV driving position offering consistent work, competitive PAYE pay rates, night out allowances, and long-term career opportunities within the transport and logistics sector.
HGV Driver Job Responsibilities
- Completing nationwide deliveries and collections
- Ensuring all delivery paperwork and transport documents are completed accurately
- Following all UK transport legislation and driver’s hours regulations
- Carrying out daily vehicle defect checks and reporting issues correctly
- Maintaining high standards of vehicle cleanliness and road safety
- Working closely with transport planners, customers, and the operations team
- Following all company health & safety procedures at all times
HGV Driver Pay Rates & Benefits
- £15.50 per hour Monday to Friday
- £25 Night Out Allowance
- £40,000 - £55,000 per year once permanent

HGV Driver Requirements
- A valid UK HGV Licence
- Valid CPC qualification
- Valid Digi Card

- Ability to work independently and as part of a transport team
The following experience would be advantageous:
- Minimum 1 year HGV driving experience
- European driving or tramping experience
- Flatbed driving experience
