We are seeking an experienced support worker to provide care and support for a young gentleman in Biford within his own home. The role involves providing support at home and out in the community.
Responsibilities
- Promote independence and choice
- Provide personal care
- Support with medication
- Support accessing the community
- Preparing meals
- Ensuring a safe environment
Shifts
Wake nights – 8:30pm–8:30am. Regular rota 3/4 nights a week.
Requirements
- Experience in care
- Clear DBS
- Driving is not essential however recommended
