Help us make a difference to people with life‑limiting illnesses. At Myton Hospices, we provide specialist care and support for people with life‑limiting illnesses, and their loved ones, from the point of diagnosis to end of life. We are a much‑loved and well supported charity, at the heart of our community. We have three hospices, a range of community services, and 26 charity shops in Coventry and Warwickshire.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly team as an Assistant Shop Manager in our Alcester charity shop. This is a part time role working 7.5 hours (1 day) per week on a flexible (rota) basis.

As an Assistant Shop Manager, you will:

  • Generate high‑quality stock donations
  • Undertake administration
  • Maximise sales through Gift Aid and our Weekly Lottery.

This role will support our work by bringing in essential income that funds the care of 1 in 4 of our patients.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Retail and customer service experience
  • Experience of leading a team
  • Confidence in calculating figures and working with financial targets
  • Right to work in the UK (we cannot provide sponsorship)

An enhanced DBS check including the children’s barred list will be required for this role, because it involves supervising volunteers under the age of.

We will arrange and cover the cost of this check if you are offered the role.
