We are currently seeking an experienced MIG Welder / Fabricator to join a busy and expanding manufacturing team in West Bromwich. This is an excellent opportunity offering competitive pay, a generous shift allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Working Hours (Rotating Shifts)
- Morning Shift: Monday - Thursday: 06:00 - 14:00; Friday: 06:00 - 13:00
- Afternoon Shift: Monday - Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00; Friday: 13:00 - 20:00

Key Responsibilities
- Welding the company's range using MIG welders
- Set up welding and supporting equipment
- Be able to read 2D drawings
- Produce parts at the correct rate and report any issues with achieving that rate
- Take responsibility for the quality of the parts produced
- Keep production and quality related records up to date
- Ensure good levels of 5S are maintained in the area
- Be involved in continuous improvement processes driving through improvements in all aspects of the role
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed
- Performs Other Duties as Assigned
