We are seeking an After School Club Assistant Tuesday – Thursday 15.00-18.00, 9 hours per week, term time only. The hourly rate is £13.05. Salary PA is £5134.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a happy, safe and enjoyable environment for children from Reception to Year 6.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents and staff.
  • Provide a range of activities related to the children’s interests.
  • Prepare and provide a healthy snack.

Hawkesbury Primary School is a small, vibrant and forward thinking village school north of Yate. The school has approximately 100 children split into 4 classes.

Requirements

  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and vulnerable adults.
  • Appointment subject to a clear, enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance.
  • Paediatric first aid training will be provided.
