Radis Community Care have an opportunity for a part time Office Administrator to join our care team based at our Gloucester branch in Maisemore. We are looking for a part-time (22.5 hrs a week) Administrator to work 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday).
About the role
As an Office Administrator you will assist with the day to day administration of the Branch. You will be the first point of call, to ensure that all calls are handled professionally and expediently. The role will involve actioning incoming emails, responding to them in a timely manner or forwarding onto the relevant person for action where applicable.
Experience in the Care Sector will be preferred. The successful applicant must be computer literate and have experience using MS Word and MS Excel. The successful person will have strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and work under own initiative. Supporting with Recruitment and Onboarding for new members of staff with training provided.
