We are looking to recruit a Support Administrator to work within the admin team supporting day-to-day operational administration.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Reception / Switchboard based duties: general reception duties including greeting and ID checking visitors, dealing with deliveries, staff vehicle management, handling the switchboard and taking and directing calls, representing the business with a positive, polite, professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Administration based duties: support the Sales / Recruitment teams, reformatting CVs to a very high standard of speed and accuracy using MS Word; data input and update of the in‑house database; general office duties such as filing, processing incoming and outgoing mail.
Minimum Requirements:
- GCSE Grades (4+)
- Experience of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Mature and sensible approach
- Outgoing personality
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Honesty and integrity
- Self‑driven motivation
