We offer the opportunity to work as an Administrative Support Officer at the Countess of Chester Health Park. This permanent position is 21 hours per week, with hours to be discussed at interview.

The role involves a range of clerical tasks such as:

  • Processing referrals
  • Scanning and photocopying documents
  • Uploading files to electronic records
  • Answering and redirecting telephone calls
  • Arranging meetings and taking meeting notes

You will have contact with patients, carers, families and other health professionals. Responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking a full range of administrative and reception responsibilities
  • Communicating effectively with patients, carers, families and professionals
  • Maintaining professionalism, friendliness and a welcoming manner
  • Using general office procedures and Microsoft Office applications with competence; training on CWP systems will be provided
  • Organisation and time-management skills to assist the Out of Hours Nursing Service

We support the Real Living Wage hourly rate as set by the Living Wage Federation and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this. New starters commence on a fixed start date each month and receive up to 3 weeks of induction training (Prepare to Care programme).
