We are looking for an Area Relief Officer to work as part of a team at various sites in Liverpool. Please note, as this is a mobile position, it is essential you either have a full clean UK driving licence and your own transport or can travel around Liverpool to cover rotating day, night and weekend shifts. The rate of pay is £12.71 per hour. You must be flexible and available to work on a varied shift pattern which will include days, nights and weekends. Applicants must have an SIA Licence.

As an Area Relief Officer at G4S, you are more than a security guard. You'll be a key part of our team covering a range of sites within your area. You will ensure the safety of our customers' staff, their buildings and assets, whilst providing excellent customer service with a smile. It is a varied role where you will get to see a range of different sites and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting staff and visitors and ensuring they adhere to the required security protocols
  • Conducting searches where required
  • Patrolling premises
  • Dealing with security incidents

Qualifications:

  • Age 18 or over
  • Confident communicator, team player and drive to provide friendly and professional service at all times
  • Good IT knowledge
  • SIA Licence
