There currently is a vacancy in Aberystwyth for an experienced office administrator with accountancy skills. This post is a role that would suit an individual with good communication skills that is quickly able to comprehend issues and to get them resolved using verbal and written skills such as emails or a letter.
In addition to helping with day-to-day office administration, the successful candidate will also have responsibility for ensuring that weekly and monthly PAYE and VAT Return targets are met for the diverse range of clients managed by the office.
The ability to work using SAGE Accountancy products, EXCEL and WORD are required and office administration and accountancy experience of at least 2 years is preferred.
The job is located in Aberystwyth and scheduled to be worked Monday to Friday each week.
