We at ESP are looking for a Secondary School Teacher who is passionate about working with young people. These roles demand enthusiasm, patience, and a diverse set of skills. Successful Secondary School Teachers must:
- Have obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or a BA in Education
- Have experience of teaching within the UK
- Have the correct Education and Training
- Be able to set high standards
- Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline
- Plan innovative and creative lessons
- Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum
