We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established accident repair group, for the position of Bodyshop Manager at their new site in Abergavenny.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced automotive professional to lead a busy, high-performing bodyshop and contribute to its continued success.
The Bodyshop Manager will oversee all operational aspects of the centre, managing a team of up to 20 staff members, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and high standards of service delivery.

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the bodyshop, ensuring productivity and profitability
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of up to 20 staff members
- Implement and maintain strict process controls and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations
- Liaise effectively with insurance companies, customers, and suppliers
- Monitor KPIs and financial targets to drive continuous improvement
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Assist with training and development initiatives to enhance team performance
- Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or in a similar senior role within an accident repair environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a large team
- Methodical and structured approach to operational management
- Knowledge of industry standards, processes, and health and safety regulations
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
