Shift pattern: All shifts are 12-hour shifts. 4 days on, 4 days off, days and waking nights

Role Overview
The role involves supporting individuals with budgeting, managing their tenancy, developing life skills, and supporting women to achieve community opportunities and personal goals.
Responsibilities
- Support women discharged from secure services with severe and enduring mental health diagnoses.
- Deliver person‑centred, therapeutically driven support.
- Assist with budgeting, tenancy management, and life skills development.
- Encourage participation in community opportunities.
