1:1 Tutors needed in Warrington £30 per hour, paid PAYE. All 1:1 sessions throughout the school day, no evenings/weekends. Sessions are individualized to the needs of the students - NO GROUP WORK.
We are seeking experienced local 1:1 Tutors/Teachers who are looking for a part or full 1:1 timetable to possibly work around another job, childcare commitments, studies or simply just because you prefer to teach with more flexibility. Please note: this is not a salaried/permanent role and hours can vary as students start/end. This can be an extremely rewarding role and suits 1:1 Tutors/Teachers who have a passion for making a difference to children's lives and supporting students to make progress in a way that is meaningful to them, tailoring your teaching to make it individual to them.
Qualifications: We are seeking Tutors/Teachers who have taught any core subject previously in a school or a 1:1 education setting KS3+, although some students we support are working at KS2+ so will also consider Tutors with a primary background.
What We Can Offer You: We can build you a timetable local to where you live, all sessions are 1:1 tailored to your background and the specific needs of the student. We speak to the home of all the students we support in depth, prior to matching Tutor/s, to ensure we fully understand the students' specific needs/triggers, in order to match the most suitable Tutors for them and in turn brief our Tutors/Teachers appropriately. We are able to offer you as little or as many hours as you wish to suit your lifestyle - all paid weekly, PAYE with the support of your local friendly team at Ed Network, Warrington. We have a large bank of long-standing Tutors/Teachers whereby you can share best practice, resources and tips.
