Responsibilities
- Complete accredited IT support courses from home through our online learning portal.
- Work through multimedia video tutorials, presentations, and quizzes as part of the training.
- Use our Livelabs to gain hands‑on practical experience.
- Sit the CompTIA A+ exams and achieve the required certifications.
- Start in an IT Technician placement and build the experience needed to progress into Network Engineering.
- Complete a second stage of networking‑focused training while working in the IT Technician role.
