IT Technician Placement Programme - No Experience Required. Our training will help you kick-start a new career in IT. We are recruiting for companies who are looking to employ our IT support Traineeship graduates to keep up with their growth. The best part is you will not need any previous experience as full training will be provided. Whether you are working full time, part time or unemployed, this package has the flexibility to be completed at a pace that suits you.
The traineeship is broken down into 3 easy steps, which can be finished in as little as 3 months:
- Step 1 - Online Training: The first step is completing a selection of professional, accredited and industry recognised IT Support courses by CompTIA, Microsoft and Cisco. The training is delivered via multimedia rich video tutorials, presentations and quizzes through a portal that you study from home. You will also be assigned an expert tutor to help you throughout your training.
- Step 2 – Practical Training: Gaining hands-on experience is essential in today's IT industry for both certifications and keeping up to date with new technologies. You will then go on to sit the CompTIA A+ exams to give you the official certifications which will be recognised worldwide. The CompTIA A+ is the most commonly asked for certificate in entry level IT roles.
- Guaranteed Job Placement: At this point you will have fully completed our IT Support Traineeship and be ready to start work. Through our range of partnerships throughout the UK with IT organisations, we are able to place you into an entry level IT role within your local area. We can guarantee you a starting salary of between £20-30k, working in either an IT Technician/Desktop Support/First Line Support Role.
At a one off cost of £795, or a deposit of £112 followed by 10 interest free monthly instalments of £78, this represents a great opportunity to start a rewarding career in IT. Please note that this is a training course and fees apply.

How to prepare for a job interview at Career Change
✨Brush Up on Your Technical Skills
For an IT consulting role, be ready to demonstrate your technical prowess. You might face questions on systems integration, cloud technologies, or even troubleshooting specific software. If you have experience with tools like AWS, Azure, or even specific programming languages, make sure you can talk about them fluently.
✨Showcase Your Problem-Solving Approach
IT consulting is all about solving problems for clients. Think about how you can illustrate your approach to a past challenge using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). It's a great way to show how you tackle complex issues and come up with effective solutions.
✨Know the Business Impact of IT Solutions
When discussing your experiences, focus not just on the tech solutions you implemented, but also on their business impact. Employers want to see that you can connect IT with organisational goals. Prep examples that highlight how your tech contributions improved efficiency or reduced costs for past clients or projects.
✨Prepare for Behavioural Questions
Since IT consulting often involves teamwork and client interactions, expect behavioural questions that assess your interpersonal skills. Be prepared with examples that demonstrate your adaptability, communication skills, and how you handle client feedback. Before the interview, think of situations where you worked closely with clients to create effective IT strategies or changes.
