About the Role

Careegrow Ltd is hiring on behalf of a client for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology and digital transformation projects. This is a client‑facing role where you will manage projects from initiation to completion, working closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end delivery of IT and digital projects
  • Plan and track project timelines, resources, and budgets
  • Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular project updates
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Lead cross‑functional teams and ensure smooth collaboration
  • Apply project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall as required)

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT project management
  • Experience working on transformation or digital projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Agile or other project management methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Preferred

  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, oil & gas)
  • Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, MS Project, or Azure DevOps
