Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of a healthcare organisation seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality care to individuals with complex needs. This role involves working within a multi-disciplinary team to provide safe, evidence-based care while promoting independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes for service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care using evidence-based practices
- Conduct clinical assessments, risk evaluations, and care planning
- Support individuals and families throughout the care journey
- Act as a patient advocate within multi-disciplinary teams
- Supervise and support junior staff, support workers, and students
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records
- Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and compassionate care
- Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns appropriately
- Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance with care standards
- Contribute to a positive team environment and effective communication across teams
Skills & Experience
- Registered Nurse qualification with active NMC registration
- Experience working with individuals with complex care needs
- Strong clinical assessment and risk management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and care standards (CQC)
- Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice
