Working Hours: 38.5 hours per week

Shifts: 12-hour shifts (Week 1: 4 shifts | Week 2: 3 shifts – rolling rota)

Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a healthcare organisation seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality care to individuals with complex needs. This role involves working within a multi-disciplinary team to provide safe, evidence-based care while promoting independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes for service users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care using evidence-based practices
  • Conduct clinical assessments, risk evaluations, and care planning
  • Support individuals and families throughout the care journey
  • Act as a patient advocate within multi-disciplinary teams
  • Supervise and support junior staff, support workers, and students
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records
  • Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and compassionate care
  • Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns appropriately
  • Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance with care standards
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and effective communication across teams

Skills & Experience

  • Registered Nurse qualification with active NMC registration
  • Experience working with individuals with complex care needs
  • Strong clinical assessment and risk management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and care standards (CQC)
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice
