We’re looking to find a Junior Marketing Manager or Senior Executive to come onboard and act as maternity cover for a valued existing team member. For the right candidate, this could lead to an alternative full-time role later on, if they impress us with their attitude, abilities, and proactive approach to being part of the wider CareDocs team.

As a primary focus, you will need to be happy focusing on demand generation and working with business development on creating and delivering campaigns, as well as managing our attendance at events, content creation, and overall marketing activities.

The Role:

Reporting to and supported by the Head of Marketing & Customer Engagement, we need someone to play a proactive role in the day-to-day management of our Marketing activities as maternity cover for our existing employee. Working across a variety of channels and mediums, you will be crucial in ensuring that we provide our customers and internal functions with a ‘Grade A’ marketing experience.

Whether you’re organising workloads, mentoring colleagues, defining marketing campaigns, writing blogs and ebooks, or organising and attending events, you’ll take pride in ensuring our customers and prospects are provided with an experience that meets and exceeds their expectations.

To do this, you will need to be a natural at managing relationships, working under pressure, empathising with customers and colleagues, and efficiently turning complex content and requirements into engaging and digestible campaign formats with clear messaging.

What would your average day-to-day look like?

  • Working with your design and customer engagement colleagues, you will take ownership of day-to-day workloads and project management.
  • You’ll also need to be able to work to tight deadlines with varying focuses to ensure our marketing activities are the best they can be.
  • When not doing this, you will work across a range of other projects, including writing blogs and ebooks, creating training content and release notes, and supporting the commercial focus of the business with campaign content.

Working in a young, friendly, and informal SMB atmosphere, the ability to work autonomously as well as under guidance and as part of a busy team is essential. You’ll be happy formulating and suggesting ideas, managing assigned workloads, organising projects, and taking ownership of your remit.

No two days will be the same, so if you like predictable and lazy days, this role isn’t for you! However, if you are looking for an exciting and fast-paced environment with plenty of room to develop and grow your skill set and career, this could be perfect for you!
