Are you passionate about supporting people with mental health needs to live fulfilling, independent lives? We’re looking for eight dedicated Senior Mental Health Support Workers to join our teams across Swansea, where your compassion and motivation will help shape brighter futures. These are permanent roles offering 35 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate of £13.17.

About the role

As a Senior Mental Health Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in supporting individuals with complex mental health needs in a supported living environment. You’ll work directly with individuals in both long- and short-term supported living services, coordinating care plans, and ensuring the highest standards of person-centred support and achieving personal goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing emotional and practical support tailored to individual needs.
  • Supporting with daily living skills, medication, and appointments.
  • Promoting independence, dignity, and choice.
  • Acting as a key worker and providing person-centred support.
  • Supporting individuals with daily living, medication, tenancy management, and wellbeing.
  • Facilitating care reviews and maintaining safe, clean environments.
  • Working flexibly across services, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.

About you

We’re looking for someone empathetic, proactive, and committed to making a difference. You’ll bring excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ideally have experience in mental health or supported living services.
