Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: Β£38,700 per annum
Essential: Driving licence and access to a vehicle
Previous housing management experience required

About the Role
As a Senior Community Housing Officer, you will lead a team of Community Housing Officers and support the delivery of high-quality tenancy management, empty homes, customer service, and community safety services. Working closely with the Operational Manager, you will help drive service improvements while ensuring tenants receive proactive support to sustain their tenancies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Community Housing Officers
- Managing tenancy, estate, and community issues across your patch
- Supporting tenants through early intervention and prevention approaches
- Managing anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches
- Building strong partnerships with local authorities and external agencies
- Promoting tenant involvement and community engagement initiatives
- Monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
