As our Property Services Administrator, you'll play a key part in turning around empty homes, coordinating inspections, contractor visits, safety checks and updates—keeping everything running smoothly and on time. You'll also:

  • Support our wider Property Services team with customer enquiries, complaint logging.
  • Record‐keeping and day‐to‐day admin.
  • Regularly liaise with colleagues, surveyors, contractors, tenants and other stakeholders.
