We are looking for a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our friendly Property Services team, working in and around the Swansea area. You will require a Full UK Drivers Licence. We do not offer sponsorship.

About The Role

As Painter and Decorator, a key member of our maintenance team, you will carry out a range of internal and external painting, decorating and finishing tasks across our properties, including:

  • Cyclical, planned and reactive painting and decorating to a high standard.
  • To examine and maintain painted exteriors and interior surfaces.
  • Supporting inspections and reporting property condition.
  • Contributing to service improvements and participating in training.

This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same, ideal for a motivated Painter Decorator who enjoys working independently but also as part of a supportive team.

About You

You will be an experienced Painter Decorator with:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Painting Decorating (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience of external and internal painting
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • A commitment to providing excellent customer service
