Caredig is seeking a proactive Fire Compliance Officer to join the Assets and Compliance team in Swansea.
You will help ensure homes remain safe, compliant and well-maintained, coordinating FRAs and fire safety works with contractors and tenants.
The role requires knowledge of fire safety legislation, strong communication and stakeholder engagement, and a full UK driving licence.
