We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Fire Compliance Officer to join our team. This role is full time (35 hours), permanent, offering a salary of £38,700 per annum.

As a Fire Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring fire safety compliance, managing fire risk assessments and supporting the safety of our homes and communities.

About the role:

  • Manage and monitor Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) and ensure actions are completed
  • Coordinate remedial fire safety works with contractors and internal teams
  • Carry out inspections and quality checks on completed works
  • Provide technical fire safety advice and ensure compliance with legislation
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and systems
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders and enforcing bodies

About You:

To succeed as a Fire Compliance Officer, you will have:

  • Knowledge of fire safety legislation and compliance frameworks
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience managing contractors and compliance programmes
  • A proactive, organised, and customer-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence
