As a Development Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of affordable housing developments, helping projects progress smoothly from initial site identification through to completion and handover.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised Development Assistant to support the day-to-day operation of our Development Team. Working closely with Development Managers, colleagues across the business, contractors, consultants and local authorities, you will help ensure projects remain accurate, compliant and on track.
As a Development Assistant, you will:
- Provide administrative support throughout the development lifecycle.
- Maintain project records, files and databases.
- Support planning, grant and technical documentation processes.
- Assist with procurement, contracts and compliance administration.
- Help monitor development costs, invoices and financial information.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes.
- Support scheme handovers and post-completion activities.
This Development Assistant role offers excellent exposure to housing development and property projects, making it ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in the sector.
About You
