We are looking for a Cleaner / Night Concierge to join our team at Hazel Court, Swansea. This is a part‑time permanent position for 21 hours per week offering £12.60 per hour. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our communal areas spotless and ensuring a safe, secure environment for residents. About the role
As a Cleaner / Night Concierge, you’ll:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in communal areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom cleaning).
- Handle waste disposal and replenish supplies.
- Ensure building security by patrolling premises, monitoring access points, and responding to emergencies.
- Carry out fire safety checks and report any issues promptly.
- Work independently during night shifts, liaising with on‑call staff when needed.
Your shifts will include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, so flexibility is key.
