About the role
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multiskilled Trades Person to join our team, working across Swansea and nearby areas. You’ll carry out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to a high standard with a keen eye for attention to detail.
This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team and interact with clients and tenants to ensure excellent service delivery.
About you
We’re looking for someone with a broad range of trade skills and a strong work ethic. You’ll be confident working across different trades and have a customer-focused attitude.
- Proven relevant trades background.
- A recognised level or relevant trade competence in, minimum City & Guilds level 2.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements for the role.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- We welcome previous experience working as: Maintenance Operative, General Builder, Handyperson, Multi-trade Operative, Reactive Repairs Operative, Maintenance Worker, Carpenter, Builder, Plasterer.
