Caredig is looking for compassionate and motivated Mental Health Support Workers to join our Swansea services. Whether you're experienced in care and support or looking for a new career with purpose, we'll give you the training and support you need to succeed.

- 👤 Role: Mental Health Support Worker
- 📍 Location: Swansea
- 💷 Pay: £14.12 per hour
- ⏰ Hours: Part Time, Full Time, Flexible working hours – shifts include evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
- 📄 Contract: Permanent
- 🎄 Double Pay: Christmas Bank Holiday shifts
- 🚗 Driving Licence: NOT REQUIRED

About you
No experience? No Problem! Full training and support will be provided supporting you to have the skills and confidence to succeed as a Mental Health Support Worker.

About the role
At Caredig as a Mental Health Support Worker, you'll support people with mental health needs to live independently, build confidence, and achieve their personal goals. Some of the people we support may also be recovering from substance use.
- Providing person-centred support
- Support daily living, wellbeing and housing-related needs
- Work in a trauma-informed and psychologically aware way
