Overview
Join Caredig as a Front of House Coordinator and make a real difference in the lives of our tenants, helping to create a welcoming, supportive environment for tenants. You’ll be the first point of contact for tenants and visitors, delivering excellent customer service and helping residents live independently in their homes.
Location and contract: Front of House Coordinator – based in Swansea
Hours and pay: 24 Hours per week – Permanent Contract
£13.17 per hour £16,436.16 annually

About the role
Our Front of House Coordinators provide a range of services, delivering excellent customer service while coordinating volunteers, supporting community events, managing stock, and running the on-site shop. You’ll also provide housing information, show properties, handle payments, and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
