We have an exciting opportunity to welcome Fulfilled lives Key Workers to our Llanelli and Ammanford team. The role is full/part time and will include back up.
As a key worker, you will be working closely with people who have a cognitive impairment. Supporting the service users to live as independently as possible. Helping them gain and maintain confidence in their day to day activities. You will be liaising with external agencies, ensuring each service user on your case load is receiving the support and person-centred care they require. This role will be 80% service user contact time and 20% office based.
To become a key worker, you will need the following
- Full drivers' licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Willing to obtain business insurance for your vehicle
- Previous care experience
- Care Cymru will
- Provide training

- Contribute towards your MOT
- Pay for your blue light card
- Pay for your social care wales registration
