Due to recent changes within the business, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate In-House Trainer to join the CareConcepts team. At CareConcepts, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, person-centred care across our homes. Training and development sit at the heart of what we do, ensuring our teams are confident, competent, and providing the very best care to our residents.

The Role

  • Deliver face-to-face training including Moving & Handling, First Aid, and Fire Safety
  • Support induction programmes for new starters
  • Monitor and improve training compliance across all services
  • Work closely with Home Managers and Senior Leadership Team
  • Identify training needs and support ongoing staff development
  • Ensure all training meets regulatory and CQC standards

Requirements

  • Experienced trainer within the health & social care sector
  • Strong knowledge of mandatory training requirements
  • Confident delivering both practical and classroom-based sessions
  • Passionate about developing others and improving care standards
  • Organised, proactive, and able to travel between sites
