The predicted salary is between 25500 - 31900 £ per year.

Salary: £25,500 per annum (pro rata - £12.23 per hour) plus commission.

Contract: Permanent.

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week over 5 days.

Shifts: Monday to Sunday rota, between 09:00 – 18:00.

Location: Stockton-on-Tees Showroom, opening May 2026.

We’re opening a brand-new Showroom in Stockton-on-Tees and are looking for a team of Sales Advisors to be part of this exciting new step for CareCo.

About the role

Our Showrooms are open to the public to visit, allowing customers to try our core range of products, ask questions, and decide which item would best suit their specific needs. Our Sales Advisors are the face of our business. As a Sales Advisor, you will:

  • Act as an ambassador for CareCo, providing the very best customer service at all times
  • Build a relationship with customers to determine their specific needs
  • Identify opportunities for upselling while being mindful of our customer demographic
  • Demonstrate how to use our products, including dismantling and lifting

About you

To be considered for the position of Sales Advisor, you will need:

  • Exceptional customer service skills demonstrated through previous work experience
  • Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to adapt based on the individual
  • An empathetic, caring and patient approach
  • Computer/IT proficiency, with the ability to learn and master our computer order system
  • The ability to learn and retain key information across a large range of products
  • Sales experience is not an essential requirement, but you should be comfortable and confident interacting with people to sell our products and meet Showroom targets
