We’re looking for an agile and forward-thinking Learning Development Partner to join our Learning Organisational Development team. This role sits at the heart of our people-focused strategy, supporting the growth and capability of colleagues across the business. Your key objective is to scope, design, develop, deliver and evaluate blended learning experiences that are practical, engaging and aligned to the needs of the business area. As a trusted partner, you’ll play a vital role in shaping a culture of continuous learning, supporting operational excellence, and helping our people thrive.
As a Learning Development Partner, you will:
- Build strong relationships with your allocated business area to understand their operations, challenges and learning needs.
- Lead and coordinate a range of initiatives that support the delivery of high-quality learning and development activities.
- Scope and analyse learning requirements to inform the design of impactful blended learning solutions.
- Create a wide range of learning materials including experiential workshops, coaching resources, self-paced online learning and workbooks.
- Deliver engaging face-to-face and virtual learning sessions that promote reflection, collaboration and practical skill development.
- Produce high-quality digital learning content such as videos, infographics, interactions and branching scenarios.
- Collect and analyse data to measure learning effectiveness and drive ongoing improvement.
About you
