We’re looking for an agile and forward‑thinking Learning & Development Partner to join our Learning & Organisational Development team. As a trusted partner, you’ll play a vital role in shaping a culture of continuous learning, supporting operational excellence, and helping our people thrive.

As a Learning & Development Partner, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate a range of initiatives that support the delivery of high‑quality learning and development activities.
  • Create a wide range of learning materials including experiential workshops, coaching resources, self‑paced online learning and workbooks.
  • Deliver engaging face‑to‑face and virtual learning sessions that promote reflection, collaboration and practical skill development.
  • Produce high‑quality digital learning content such as videos, infographics, interactions and branching scenarios.
  • Collect and analyse data to measure learning effectiveness and drive ongoing improvement.

To be considered for the position of Learning & Development Partner you will:
