Pret A Manger is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in delivering excellent customer service, managing a busy shop in Belfast.

You will lead a team, drive performance, and role model Pret's values to create Joy of Pret for customers and colleagues.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure food safety and quality, run effective briefings and 1:1s, and implement sales and service initiatives to maximise profitability while maintaining a happy, healthy workplace.
