  • Previous experience in hospitality, retail or another fast-paced customer-focused environment
  • Experience leading or supervising a team
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • A positive, hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example
  • Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • The ability to stay calm and effective in a busy environment

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading shifts and supporting the management team in daily operations
  • Inspiring and motivating team members to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Coaching and supporting team members to build confidence and capability
  • Ensuring high standards of food safety, health & safety and cleanliness are maintained
  • Supporting new team member training and development
  • Helping to drive productivity, shop performance and customer satisfaction
  • Creating a positive, engaging and inclusive team culture
  • Acting as a role model for Pret’s values and behaviours
