About The Role

Team Leader for the Night Care Team.

Responsible for managing and overseeing the shift, leading and motivating the team, managing daily records and assisting with care plans.

Provides personal care to residents, including bathing, and builds meaningful relationships to understand their likes, dislikes and needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage care staff effectively.
  • Follow electronic care plans and administer medication as prescribed, maintaining accurate records.
  • Remain alert to residents’ physical and mental wellbeing at all times.
  • Help maintain the high standards of cleanliness and safety of the care home.
  • Ideal Candidate
  • Compassionate, caring nature with a genuine desire to support residents.
  • Ability to supervise and manage a team.
  • Experience with electronic care plans and medication administration (preferred).
  • Alertness to residents’ needs and proactivity in maintaining safety and cleanliness.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, supportive attitude.
