Responsibilities
- Formulate, implement and regularly maintain electronic nursing care plans.
- Supervise delivery of care by the care team and identify training and development needs.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents.
- Dispense and administer medication to residents as prescribed, maintaining accurate records.
- Carry out stock control and ordering of residents’ prescribed medication and medical products.
- Understand and comply with all statutory and legal requirements, including Health and Safety, COSHH, and the Care Standards Act.
